BodyTalk is an innovative and comprehensive health care model that can be used as a powerful supplemental therapy to traditional or alternative medical treatments. Healing from BodyTalk comes from the client's own energy system. Clients state after a BodyTalk session that they feel "lighter", "as if a weight has been lifted", "less anxious" and best of all "decreased pain".
In my 27 years as a Registered Nurse, I have learned many of the strengths and limitations of our traditional medical system. In my own personal journey to health, I have come to realize that the body has an inherent ability to heal and maintain health. Practicing BodyTalk has reawakened my intuitive self or "knowingness" regarding what is truly best for improving health and wellbeing. Becoming a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner has empowered me to teach and support others on their road to health. I am excited to be a part of your healing journey.
